Lift those books! Total that sale!
Volunteers are needed for the four annual Friends of the J. V. Fletcher Library book sales to fill tables to overflowing with tempting books. Or help at the cashier’s table totaling sales - calculators are provided.
Book Sales are held in late October, February, and June with a special sale of children’s books in mid-August.
THURSDAY 6:30-8:30 P.M. Displaying books on tables. Some lifting required.
FRIDAY 7:00-9:00 P.M. Friends Preview Cashiers, baggers, and refilling tables with books.
SATURDAY 10 A.M.- 4 P.M. No need to stay all day! Cashiers needed for a two-hour shift. Packing up of books not sold in the late afternoon. Some lifting required.
