Come join our great group of volunteers! We are looking for an individual to fill the following role:
Direct Mail Marketing Coordinator
Seeking an individual to manage all aspects of three mass mailings per year. Tasks for each mailing include:
Create a Plan/Timeline — Update existing checklist to ensure mailing goes out by date specified in the Friends’ calendar.
Update Document — Draft content of mailing, and work with Friends’ President and Communication Team to finalize.
Work with Printer — Get cost estimate and agreement on logistics, including timing of delivery to Post Office.
Coordinate with Treasurer — Ensure payment of postage and printing costs.
The three mailings are: Membership (town-wide — February), Fall Appeal (town-wide — September/October), and Annual Meeting (members only — October).
